Whether you have a quick question, need one-on-one guidance, or want to learn more through a workshop, ISSS offers multiple ways to connect and get the support you need. 

NOTE: ISSS team provide guidance on immigration regulations, benefits, and procedures for international students and scholars. For questions related to your academic program, course selection, degree requirements, or academic progress, please contact your assigned academic advisor.

Virtual Office

Have a quick question? Connect with the ISSS team through our Virtual Office for guidance on processes, ISSS services, and general support. Join us Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., with additional hours on Wednesdays from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
